To install packages on Debian derivatives simply saying it has done the job of dbkg

apt is derived the packages what you want from debian repository place

some command for  some needs

The above command used to cleaning the software (corrupted packages)

In this blog you give the command

    dbkg -l

to list out the installed package but it is wrong. The correct command is

    dpkg -l
No command is available like dbkg.
